Guimo, the hero came from the Lazz planet has a new mission!
After saving his own planet from Necterion hands must save your
friends from Deekore, a little planet dominated for the same evil
emperor and his devastator army.
A new technology was created to help Guimo, the Eggy Robots.
With an extraordinary (and sometimes clunsy!) fire power and
intelligence, his new friends will be Guimo's right hand in facing
this new challenge.
And now, Guimo needs only one more thing to win,

2. Installing Guimo
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
Make a directory in your hard disk executing "MD \GUIMO".
Enter in Guimo's directory using "CD \GUIMO".
Move the compressed file called "GUIMO!.ZIP" to the created
directory, using "MOVE \download\GUIMO!.ZIP .", where "download"
is the directory in which you downloaded Guimo.
Uncompress file using "PKUNZIP GUIMO!".
After uncompress, you can delete the zip file to save space in
your hard disk, using the command "DELETE GUIMO!.ZIP".
To execute Guimo, type "GUIMO".
To obtain a better performance, try executing the game under DOS
and adjust the sound and graphics detail according to the processing
power of your computer.
Using Windows'95, try to run in DOS-Mode, not under a DOS-Window!

3. New Game Technology
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
Guimo is a platform game based in the autonomous agents technology
originated from the Artificial Intelligence Research. In this game
the player is invited to enjoy an enviroment inhabited by other
entities (the enemies) which must interact.
The agents controlled by the computer show specifics behaviors and
are able to cooperate to reach the satisfaction of their desires
(attack and scape).

4. Game Rules
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
In this first beta test version the player must fight against
the invasor enemy army and destroy their bosses, the four tanks,
with the help of its friends, the robots. To reach the tanks,
however, the player has to find other elements, like a coin that
activate a cetain jumper and a key that opens a special door.
The controls are:
- Directions: direction keys or key pad
([8] or left [Alt] to jump,
[5] or [2] down, [4] left, [6] right).
You can use the joystick too.
- Fire: space bar or joystick buttom.
- Friend Invocation: move to down and space bar simultaneously or
left [Ctrl].
- Photo-Pause: [p] key
- InGame Graphic Detail: [F1] key
- Cheat Mode: contact us if you want a cheat mode!!!

5. Features
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
The most important features of the game are:
- totaly non-deterministic, each playing section is unique;
- a smart camera that always focuses the best position of the
action;
- the stereo sound system with panning and independent volume on
each speaker;
- the action provided by the own game conception in which the
player has the same conditions of the enemies;
- its big level maps;
- sound card and joystick auto-detection and configuration.

6. This Version
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
This version brings a sample of five mounths of our work. It is a
freeware, and you can distribute at your will!

7. Final Version
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
In the final version we will show all of our capabilities, with
graphics and sounds more elaborated, as the other four levels.
New weapons, bonuses and enemies will be added to Guimo, to give
more action and playability in the game!
It will be released until the beginning of 97!

Hardware requirements:
- 486dx2, 8Mb of memory (Pentium processor recommended)
- VGA card (local bus or PCI recommended)
- SoundBlaster card or compatible (optional)
- Joystick (optional)
